Overview The AI Photo Operator supports the David’s Bridal Studio by producing consistent, high-quality product imagery using the AI photography system. This role is essential to delivering on-brand ecommerce assets used across DavidsBridal.com and internal digital channels. The AI Photo Operator works closely with the Photography and Retouching Manager to ensure all imagery meets brand standards and enhances the customer shopping experience.
Requirements
- Experience in a photography studio, e-commerce, AI imaging, or digital production environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume studio environment.
- Comfort with technology, AI imaging tools, and photo-based systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and dress mannequins
Nice To Haves
- Hands-on experience with AI photography.
- Background in fashion, photography, or retouching.
- Familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite
Responsibilities
- Operate the AI Studio system to photograph bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, accessories, and special occasion categories according to daily shot lists.
- Style and prepare garments on AI mannequins with attention to fit, drape, silhouette, and fabric integrity.
- Apply approved poses, angles, and model selections to maintain brand consistency across categories.
- Conduct initial QC checks while shooting for lighting, styling, garment alignment, and rendering prior to releasing assets to QC.
- Assist with cropping images according to David’s Bridal ecommerce guidelines, ensuring consistent scale, framing, and composition across all categories.
- Save, organize, and process AI outputs through internal studio workflows.
- Assist with posting final images to internal systems as part of the weekly ecomm publishing workflow, ensuring assets are accurately linked to product IDs for Web Operations.
- Track product progress throughout the AI product pipeline—shot, reshoot, cropping, QC, posting—to support daily production goals.
- Identify issues such as rendering, misaligned garments, incorrect crops, or composition inconsistencies and re-capture or escalate to Photography Manager where needed.
- Perform minor retouching adjustments as needed
- Assist in testing and implementing new AI features, poses, styling templates, and workflow optimizations.
- Perform basic troubleshooting; collaborate with tech support as needed.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and production-ready studio area
