About The Position

We’re looking for an energetic, creative and confident Video Content Producer who thrives on camera and loves connecting with audiences. This role is perfect for someone who’s as comfortable being the face of our videos as they are brainstorming ideas, shooting, and shaping stories that help people make smarter decisions. You’ll create engaging, editorial-style videos across topics like moving, solar, home warranties, and other major life decisions, working across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Reddit.

Requirements

• Strong on-camera presence and a natural ability to engage an audience
• Passion for storytelling and the ability to make any topic interesting
• Experience creating video content for digital and social platforms
• Sharp editorial instincts with the ability to craft stories quickly and clearly
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
• Curious, proactive, and willing to test, learn, and adapt
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and topics

Nice To Haves

• Experience with livestreams or hosting Q&A-style video segments
• Background in journalism, marketing, or digital media
• A portfolio of recent short-form or branded content

Responsibilities

• Be on camera regularly: hosting and producing short- and long-form video content that performs across social platforms
• Experiment with new video formats and trends on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and more
• Write scripts, interview experts, and craft compelling storylines
• Stay ahead of video trends, social platform best practices and emerging formats
• Edit and package videos
• Collaborate with editorial, SEO, and PR teams to bring stories to life
• Monitor performance metrics and refine creative approaches
