We’re looking for an Art Director to elevate and scale our creative output across internal communications and learning experiences. In this role, you will set a clear creative vision and visual direction, uphold brand and design standards, and partner closely with stakeholders and creative teammates to deliver best-in-class work from early concept through final launch. You will also independently lead end-to-end creative projects, owning the process from ideation and concept development through design, production, iteration, and final delivery, bringing structure to ambiguity and driving work forward with speed and high craft. This role is ideal for an Art Director who is fast, agile, and experimental, with strong judgment and taste, and who can quickly learn and apply new tools (especially AI tools) to AI-native creative workflows, while still maintaining deep craft proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other standard creative software. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, excellent communicator, and detail-oriented systems-thinker who has a deep understanding of creative operations and understands how to create at-scale. They should have the communication skills to partner with XFN teams to drive work from inception to production in a rapid-paced environment of constant change.
