About The Position

We're searching for a Visualization Tools Engineer to join Aurora's Motion Planning Systems group. The Motion Planning Systems group is responsible for accelerating development & debugging workflows for the core of the planner. In this role, you will Build 2D & 3D quantitative visualizations for debugging core planner components Enhance core planner components to improve observability & architecture Create tooling to speed up software development iteration Unify workflows for tabular data and log data Collaborate closely with core planner engineers

Requirements

• Strong JavaScript or TypeScript experience
• Experience interfacing with product users in a tight feedback loop
• BS software engineering, mathematics or physics or similar

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Three.js & MobX libraries
• Basic C++
• Basic Python
• Full-stack web
• Linear Algebra
• Robotics experience
• ML experience
