As an AI/ML Ops Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, product managers, and Supply Chain SMEs to develop and implement AI/ML solutions which solve problems and surface insights. You will work on projects that span all aspects of supply chain operations and leverage machine learning, Generative AI, data mining, statistical, and/or other analytics strategies. Your role will involve creating scalable, production-ready real-time and batch ML solutions, taking algorithms from initial concept through to deployed systems, optimizing the performance and scalability of machine learning models, and staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in the fields of machine learning and data science to ensure that we stay at the cutting edge of industry practices. Building strong working relationships and communicating effectively with leaders and colleagues will also be key aspects of your role.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI/ML solutions.
  • Work on projects that span all aspects of supply chain operations.
  • Create scalable, production-ready real-time and batch ML solutions.
  • Optimize the performance and scalability of machine learning models.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in machine learning and data science.
  • Build strong working relationships and communicate effectively with leaders and colleagues.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Two years of on-the-job experience deploying machine learning capabilities in a cloud-based environment.
  • One year of experience in software design and development using Python or other languages such as Scala, Java, C++, or C#.
  • Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience in the architecture, design, and building large-scale machine learning applications in the cloud, preferably in AWS.
  • Familiarity with automated code and model deployment practices and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following applied fields: Transformers, Large Language Models, LLM evaluation, Knowledge Graphs.
  • Strong collaboration skills, including working with cross functional teams.
