As an AI/ML Infrastructure Engineer at Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA), you will play a pivotal role in creating an inclusive environment that fosters continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and teamwork. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop machine learning algorithms and deep learning applications and systems that meet the needs of our premier financial services clients in Texas or Tampa, FL. You will also be tasked with addressing problems with deployed AI systems to enhance user experience, ensuring that our solutions are both effective and user-friendly. In this role, you will mitigate risks by adhering to established procedures, identifying key errors, and demonstrating strong ethical behavior. You will enable an AIOps framework and model deployment framework on AWS SageMaker, which is crucial for the organization’s AI initiatives. Your familiarity with Agile development methodologies will be essential as you work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions efficiently. You will also be responsible for managing and optimizing AWS EMR clusters to process and analyze large-scale datasets, ensuring efficient resource utilization and high performance. Your experience with Terraform will be vital for automating SageMaker tasks, and your knowledge of DevSecOps will help maintain the security and integrity of our AI systems. This position requires a proactive approach to incident management and a deep understanding of Change Management processes, SDLC, and governance to ensure business continuity and resilience.
