About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer Lead/Subject Matter Expert with extensive experience in Full Stack development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React/Angular, Micro Frontends, Java, Node.js, RESTful APIs, DevOps tools and modern AI/ML technologies, with a proven track record of leading teams, optimizing workflows, and delivering high quality software solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.
• Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment.
• Experience with Micro Frontends and modular UI architecture.
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven analytics and reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of Java 8 and above, backend REST APIs.
• Maven/Gradle, ECS, ELK, App dynamics, Splunk is a plus.
• Built and maintained Build Scripts and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid Experience with NgRx or any other Redux libraries.
• Exposure to Cloud infrastructure both on-premises and public cloud (i.e., OpenShift, AWS, etc.).
• Exposure to Quality as Code Implementation (i.e. TDD, BDD, Unit Testing, Selenium).
• Exposure to API Management tools.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Good knowledge of AI (Co-pilot) and automation tools to increase development efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, high performance web applications using Angular, TypeScript, SCSS/SASS, Bootstrap, and React.
• Build and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Express.js for RESTful API development.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services for seamless data exchange between front-end and back-end systems.
• Implement secure authentication mechanisms using JWT, OAuth and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Work with relational databases, MySQL, Oracle for data management and analysis.
• Deploy and manage applications in AWS/OpenShift/Tekton environments.
• Establish CICD pipelines using Jenkins, OpenShift, and Docker to automate deployments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues using SonarQube, ELK stack, Splunk and AppDynamics.
• Work within Agile frameworks to drive software development best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, UI/UX, backend and product management.
• Implement AI-based features using Generative AI models (OpenAI GTP, Google Gemini, etc.).
• Work with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain and OpenAI APIs to optimize AI-driven applications.
