About The Position

AI & ML Engineer The Opportunity: As an experienced engineer, you know that machine learning (ML) is critical to understanding and processing massive datasets. Your ability to conduct statistical analyses on business processes using ML techniques makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused solution. We need your technical knowledge and desire to problem-solve to support end-trend artificial intelligence (AI) solutions in a fast-paced, Agile environment. As a machine learning engineer, you’ll train, test, deploy, and maintain models that learn from data. In this role, you’ll own and define the direction of mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and technologies. You’ll be part of a large community of machine learning engineers across the company and collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, solutions architects, and product owners to deliver world-class solutions to address the challenges of integrating, evolving, and rapidly scaling new and emerging AI capabilities. Your advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise will guide clients as they navigate the landscape of ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks. Requirements

3+ years of experience with machine learning and data science
3+ years of experience with Python, including interfacing with LLMs
1+ years of experience implementing, testing, and fielding automation for artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions
Experience with Databricks
Experience with clients, including requirements gathering
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

Experience deploying apps such as Streamlit or Flask
Experience with UX/UI
Experience with business development, including capture or proposal
Experience with research, including figuring out what is out there and applying it to problems
Experience with Apache Spark and big data technologies
Experience with Containerization
Experience with cloud services, including AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience with Git and collaboration tools
Master's degree
