About The Position

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will drive the development of intelligent, real-time solutions for healthcare applications on Android-based IoT devices. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with computer vision techniques and frameworks (e.g., YOLO, OpenCV).
• Familiarity with deploying ML models on edge devices or embedded hardware, particularly Android-based platforms.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and application lifecycle management tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., GCP), CI/CD workflows (GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes), and data optimization techniques (MongoDB, BigQuery) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models, focusing on computer vision and predictive analytics.
• Optimize AI/ML model performance on embedded systems and Android-based IoT devices.
• Integrate AI models into production workflows, collaborating with engineering, data science, compliance, and product teams.
• Implement explainable and interpretable AI methodologies to meet regulatory standards (HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Continuously evaluate new AI/ML technologies to enhance product innovation and performance.
• Document technical designs, model metrics, and decisions to meet compliance and audit requirements.
• Participate in knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous learning within the technical team.
