You will be a Analytics / Machine Learning Engineer in our Software Engineering organization.   • Leverage advanced analytics, web development, data engineering, and machine learning to drive data-driven decision-making across MFC engineering and production
  • Apply advanced statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization methods to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data from engineering development and production sources
  • Develop, implement, and advocate for AI-powered solutions
  • Collaborate with researchers and engineers to identify opportunities for AI/ML applications and develop proof-of-concepts
  • Establish rigorous standards for ML Ops strategies for various programs and applications
  • Maintain AI/ML systems, including data pipelines, model training, optimization, and deployment
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML, including new algorithms, techniques, and tools
  • Collaborate with external partners, including academia and industry, to advance ML Ops research and applications
  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML research and deployment, with a strong background in ML Ops
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
  • Software development skills, with experience in version control systems
  • Ability to obtain an interim secret security clearance prior to start and therefore must be US Citizen.
  • Experience with ML pipeline packages such as Flyte, Kubeflow pipelines, and MLFlow
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience with data storage libraries such as Feathr and LakeFS
  • Familiarity with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
  • Experience in deployment of AI and statistical algorithm systems on high performance compute infrastructure
  • Experience with AI/ML ethics, fairness, and transparency
