Requirements

4+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in AI/ML implementation
Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
Knowledge of Python and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
Understanding of NLP techniques and conversational AI
Experience with agent-based architectures preferred
Knowledge of financial services domain is a plus

Responsibilities

Implement LLM integration using standardized prompts and configurations
Develop functional agents for intent interpretation and request generation
Create template and strategy selection agents
Build optimization request builders that generate valid payloads
Implement pre-flight validation via Policy Agent
Develop explainability components for AI-driven decisions
Fine-tune and optimize AI models for specific use cases
