The AI Literacy Specialist serves as a primary resource for helping Children's employees expand their knowledge and skills to use AI effectively and responsibly. Promotes the understanding and effective use of AI technology within the organization. Engages with various departments to provide training and support on AI tools and to assist them in identifying opportunities to leverage AI for improved outcomes. Helps evaluate if AI technologies are improving productivity and/or reducing burnout for Children's employees.
