About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing AI Legal Drafting team as an AI Legal Drafting Specialist. This role will be instrumental in using our innovative DemandsAI platform to generate high-quality demand letters. You will play a key role in expanding our product offering and ensuring its seamless adoption by our customers.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with Large Language Models.
• Educational background in law, data science, or digital humanities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with legal documents and concepts is a plus.
• Experience with computer logic or coding is a plus.
• Prior experience with machine learning or AI is a plus.
• Some onsite travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Document Drafting: Develop and maintain AI-powered drafting tools for demand letters. This requires understanding legal concepts related to demand letters and insurers, as well as an understanding of structure and style in text.
• AI Configuration: Develop prompts and analyze output for large language models to be used within personalized demand drafting tools.
• Information Characterization: Analyze and characterize legal information.
• Customer Onboarding: Guide customers through the DemandsAI platform setup and training process, ensuring they understand its functionality and best practices.
• Product Feedback and Improvement: Actively gather and analyze customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the development of new features and functionalities.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support to customers encountering issues with the DemandsAI platform and output.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current on legal trends and advancements in AI legal drafting technology.
