About The Position

We are seeking an AI Intern to help drive practical adoption of AI tools across day to day business operations. This role is focused on execution rather than strategy. The right candidate will identify useful AI capabilities, help teams apply them to real workflows, and ensure effective practices are shared across the organization.

Requirements

Familiarity with large language models and related AI tools, including a practical understanding of where they perform well and where they are limited
Hands-on experience building with AI tools through projects, coursework, internships, or independent experimentation
Basic coding ability in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language
Ability to create simple scripts, connect tools, and work through technical documentation
Strong curiosity about emerging AI capabilities, paired with sound judgment about which tools are actually useful in practice
Clear communication skills, especially when working with both technical and non technical audiences

Responsibilities

Develop a way to show which AI tools, artifacts, and workflows being used across the organization
Continuously evaluate new tools and releases and communicate relevant findings to stakeholders
Create lightweight processes that make successful AI use cases visible and repeatable across teams
Organize shared resources such as documentation, prompt libraries, workflow examples, or collaboration channels
Partner with employees who have promising ideas for AI enabled improvements but need help turning them into something practical
Prototype prompts, workflows, scripts, or simple integrations that demonstrate value and help teams move from concept to implementation
Document the tools, methods, and workflows that merit broader adoption
Provide hands-on support for new AI use cases, including troubleshooting, prompt refinement, and workflow improvement
