About The Position

Calling all builders, tinkerers and AI enthusiasts! 📢 The ESG team is growing, and we’re looking for an intern to help design and build a multi‑agent ecosystem that powers our ESG reporting — using Copilot Studio topics and plugins, integrated data sources, and end‑to-end automated workflows and testing. If you love turning complex reporting needs into smart automations, experimenting with agentic ecosystems, and shaping data‑driven sustainability solutions, this is a chance to make a real impact.

Requirements

  • Prior internship, project or lab experience building automations or agentic workflows.
  • Upper-level undergraduate or graduate student in a technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Interest in sustainability/ESG and data-driven reporting.
  • Practical exposure to Copilot Studio and Power Automate (or similar).

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio Builder and Power Automate (or similar).
  • Ability to turn reporting needs into clear automations and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communicator comfortable with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Curiosity about multi-agent orchestration and M365 integrations.
  • familiarity with Power Apps/Power BI, GitHub, Azure, Open AI, Python or prompt/LLM evaluation.
  • Builder and systems thinker, eager to experiment, learn and refine processes that scale.
  • User-focused collaborator, ensuring workflows are maintainable and aligned multi-functionally.
  • Ownership-driven and adaptable, taking initiative and thriving in a fast-paced innovation-friendly environment.
