Alpha End-to-End Product Solutions The Opportunity State Street Alpha’s End‑to‑End Product Solutions organization is seeking a Vice President of AI Enablement to help shape, prioritize, and scale AI across one of the most sophisticated front‑to-back investment servicing platforms in the industry. This is a high‑impact, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. You will define and drive the AI agenda across Alpha Services - translating real business problems into scalable AI solutions, forging critical partnerships, and ensuring ideas move rapidly from concept to production. If you are energized by building momentum around AI, influencing senior leaders, and turning emerging capabilities into tangible client and business outcomes, this role offers both visibility and ownership. About the Team: The End‑to-End Product Solutions team brings together product development, architecture, client solution management, and product strategy, planning, and enablement. This role sits within the Product Strategy, Planning & Enablement group and works closely with senior leadership across Product, Technology, Sales, and external ecosystem partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business, or equivalent
  • Experience enabling AI in Financial Services, including building and managing strategic partnerships
  • Strong ability to translate complex analysis into compelling narratives for senior stakeholders
  • Proven relationship‑builder with the credibility to influence across functions and levels
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, including coaching less experienced team members
  • Comfort leading through influence rather than authority in a matrixed environment
  • Hands‑on mindset with a strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Hands‑on experience implementing AI use cases is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the AI use‑case agenda
  • Identify and analyze high‑value business problems and assess their suitability for AI‑driven solutions
  • Lead intake, review, prioritization, and governance of AI use cases
  • Scale AI across the organization
  • Design and refine a standardized AI enablement framework to move from experimentation to enterprise‑scale execution
  • Establish repeatable processes that accelerate delivery while maintaining rigor and governance
  • Drive execution from concept to production
  • Coordinate and lead AI, digital, and automation initiatives across Alpha Services
  • Run proof‑of-concepts and shepherd ideas through to real-world implementation
  • Partner with senior leaders
  • Work closely with senior management and product leadership to shape AI strategy and investment priorities
  • Distill complex technical and analytical topics into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences
  • Build and manage the AI ecosystem
  • Own and grow relationships with key internal and external partners
  • Craft strategic alliances that expand Alpha’s AI capabilities and speed to market
  • Measure impact and continuously improve
  • Identify business investment needs and define methods to track execution and outcomes
  • Capture lessons learned and embed feedback loops to strengthen future initiatives
  • Act as a trusted product and domain expert
  • Maintain deep knowledge of State Street’s end‑to-end product offerings
  • Provide consultative guidance across the organization
  • Support go‑to-market success
  • Partner with Sales to lead go-to-market efforts for new AI‑enabled solutions demonstrating strong product‑market fit
