AI Implementation Engineer
About The Position
You’ll be part of a global group assisting our breadth of customers with the technical details of how they use Decagon. Working directly with leaders across industries such as finance, healthcare, and hospitality, you’ll design reliable, intuitive AI agents that solve real-world user needs. This is a highly technical role married with the ability to deeply comprehend our customers workflows. You’re responsible, both; for solving our customers thorniest technical issues as they arise and for implementing new functionality and growing Decagon use inside of our existing customers.
Requirements
- Are eager to deeply understand our technologies and how they interface with the outside world
- Are technically curious across a wide range of technologies and enjoy exploring new technical areas
- Have a customer-driven mindset combined with a business sense to best find solutions for our customers
- Have the ability to read and write Python code in an enterprise environment
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents that outperform human agents in managing complex customer interactions and driving customer retention.
- Resolve technical issues with our customers, debugging and reproducing some our most challenging bugs.
- Develop mastery in Decagon and it’s accompanying integrations into other platforms.
- Understand the business case and build out workflows and connectors to our customers APIs.
- Contribute to roadmap, surface insights from customer work to inform how Decagon should evolve its platform.
