About The Position

As an AI Image Production Assistant, you will work directly with iDesign's Marketing Team to produce high-volume, course-ready images using AI tools and established workflows. You will follow documented protocols to generate educational visuals, perform quality checks, and ensure images are properly organized and delivered for client courses. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow multi-step processes, patience with repetitive production work, and comfort with learning new tools. This is an independent contractor engagement (1099). The opening is for current project needs. 15 or more hours per week of availability needed.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail: you can stay focused and accurate while working through high-volume, repetitive tasks without losing track of where you are
• Ability to follow defined processes: you're comfortable working through multi-step workflows across several tools/tabs without getting overwhelmed
• Patient and persistent: when an image doesn't come out right, you can regenerate it multiple times without getting frustrated
• Good eye for obvious visual problems: you can spot when something looks clearly wrong (extra limbs, poor quality, things that don't make sense) even if you don't have a design background
• Strong organizational habits: excellent file management, you naturally keep your work clean, named correctly, and easy to trace
• Comfortable with technology: no fear of learning new software, platforms, or following documented protocols
• Clear communicator: you ask questions when you're stuck, flag issues early, and provide status updates reliably

Nice To Haves

• Any experience with AI tools: you've played around with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools and are comfortable experimenting with them
• Background with stock imagery, digital assets, or content libraries: you've worked with image files, metadata, tagging, naming conventions, or moving assets between systems
• Production or operations experience: QA work, data entry, content management, asset organization, or other high-volume digital production roles
• Basic visual awareness: you can tell when a composition looks balanced or when text is readable in an image
• Genuine curiosity: you're interested in understanding how things work and improving processes, not just checking boxes

Responsibilities

• Generate 175+ AI images per course by following an established workflow: receive prompts, input into AI tools, download results, attach metadata, and deliver to the team
• Execute prompts provided by the Marketing Team through multiple AI platforms to produce photorealistic images and infographics
• Perform basic quality checks on all images (count fingers, check for floating objects, obvious errors, or anything that looks clearly wrong) and regenerate as needed
• Capture clear alt text and attach any required metadata or supporting details for each image
• Follow file naming and organization protocols exactly so assets are easy for the team to locate and use
• Track your progress through high-volume tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Complete repetitive, detail-heavy production tasks consistently without losing your place in the process
• Communicate clearly with the Marketing Team about your progress, questions, and any blockers; escalate issues when you notice them (this role is not partner-facing)
• Work independently once trained, managing your time and maintaining steady output in a production-style role
