This is not a typical marketing hire. We're looking for someone who has successfully driven growth and who wants the runway to go bigger, faster, and try new things. You've got a couple of years of experience under your belt, have tried things that didn't work, and found at least one channel that did. You're hungry to take on more ownership, and you'd rather trade structure for scope and speed. This role is equal parts growth experimenter and execution engine. One week you might be building an ABM campaign with coordinated ads and outbound email using Claude Code. Next, you're shipping a drip email campaign, figuring out how to turn our new product launch into a viral LinkedIn moment, then coordinating our conference strategy . Underneath all of it, you'll use AI as your operating system - compressing what used to take a week into a day, and finding angles no one else has thought to test yet. You'll report directly to our Growth Director and have real visibility across the entire company.
