Our distributed team culture is built on trust and flexibility, offering unlimited PTO, flexible remote work options, and a sustainable approach to high performance. About the Role We’re hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build intelligent workflow orchestration and ERP automation platforms powered by agentic AI. This is a hands-on role focused on designing and delivering production-grade systems that integrate large language models with real-world enterprise software. You’ll own services end to end—from backend architecture and API orchestration to supporting front-end workflows—while collaborating closely with AI engineers and data scientists. This role is ideal for someone excited by complex integration challenges, distributed systems, and applying GenAI in practical, high-impact ways.

  • Backend development experience with Python, Node.js, or similar languages.
  • Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker; Kubernetes; and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Collaborate with AI engineers to productionize model pipelines, vector search, and inference services.
  • Support front-end experiences that surface AI-driven insights and dynamic outputs.
  • Ensure high standards for code quality, testing, observability, security, and responsible AI.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues across distributed systems and AI components.
  • Contribute to shared engineering standards, patterns, and platform evolution.
