About The Position

As AI transforms the product development lifecycle at e123, full-stack Product Managers are the true end-to-end owners of discovery, experimentation, and delivery. You’ll use AI-powered tools, integrated customer insights, and rapid prototyping to identify opportunities, validate ideas, and ship high-quality products that solve meaningful problems for customers.
You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams while using AI to accelerate research, analysis, and product development.

Requirements

• Strong product management experience building and shipping software products
• A track record of turning ambiguous ideas into successful, customer-facing solutions
• Comfort working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical tradeoffs
• Experience using data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive product decisions
• Curiosity about emerging AI capabilities and how they can reshape product development
• A bias toward action and a willingness to iterate quickly

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps grounded in customer needs and market insight
• Use AI tools to accelerate product discovery, research, and experimentation
• Rapidly build coded prototypes and test new ideas to improve product-market fit
• Lead the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact products
• Use product data and customer feedback to guide prioritization and continuous improvement
