About the Role We're seeking a Senior AI Engineer who can build enterprise-grade, AI-based software solutions. You'll work with generative AI, fine-tune models, and create scalable applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years ML/AI experience with strong Python software engineering skills
• Expertise in fine-tuning encoder models (BERT, RoBERTa) and working with LLMs
• Experience with LangGraph, AI agents, and multi-step reasoning systems
• Proficiency building production APIs and web applications (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
• Experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, vector databases, and RAG
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker)
• Understanding of MLOps tools and production ML systems

Nice To Haves

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, ML, or related field
• Multi-agent systems and agent communication experience
• Advanced prompting techniques and reasoning patterns
• Publications or open-source contributions in AI/ML
• Experience scaling AI systems to high-traffic production environments

Responsibilities

• Build AI agent systems and multi-step workflows using LangGraph
• Fine-tune encoder-based models and generative models for production
• Develop production Python applications with FastAPI/Flask that interact with AI models
• Design agentic workflows with tool usage, memory, and state management
• Deploy and monitor ML models in production environments
