About The Position

We are seeking a recent graduate who can design and implement the integration of
AI-driven solutions and digital workplace technologies across the organization.
This role combines expertise in M365 CoPilot or chatgpt adoption with hands-on
development of AI and automation systems to enhance productivity, streamline
operations, and drive innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and digital workplace technologies is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Python or SQL or ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Work under the guidance of the ERP/AI Director in delivery of AI-powered productivity features.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
• Optimize and deploy AI/ML models for tasks such as invoice processing, inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and demand forecasting.
• Integrate AI solutions with ERP, WMS, and digital workplace platforms.
• Monitor and continuously improve AI model performance and user adoption metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, finance, logistics, procurement) to align AI and digital initiatives with business goals.
