About The Position
We are seeking an AI Engineer to help design, build, and deploy innovative digital and AI-driven solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable products, solve complex business problems, and support clients in building modern engineering capabilities. This is a hands-on position where you will contribute to full-stack development, collaborate with stakeholders, and help drive the adoption of AI technologies across a variety of industries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in software development (full-stack preferred)
- Strong programming skills with experience in one or more of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue
- Java, C#, Node.js
- SQL, MongoDB, or cloud-native databases
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Docker, or similar
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML models, including LLMs (e.g., GPT-based systems)
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end software and AI solutions from concept to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and business stakeholders
- Build scalable applications and services using modern engineering practices
- Work with AI/ML models, including large language models (LLMs), to develop intelligent applications
- Support and mentor team members on best practices in engineering, Agile, and development workflows
- Participate in problem-solving sessions and contribute to technical and product strategy
- Ensure code quality through testing, maintainability, and performance optimization
- Contribute to building strong engineering culture and scalable technical capabilities
