About The Position

AI Engineer The Opportunity: As an experienced engineer, you know that machine learning is critical to understanding and processing massive datasets. Your ability to conduct statistical analyses on business processes using ML techniques makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused solution. We need your technical knowledge and desire to problem-solve to support a client program where you’ll train, test, deploy, and maintain models that learn from data. In this role, you’ll lead the direction of mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and introducing leading-edge technologies. You’ll share your knowledge with a large community of machine learning engineers across the company and collaborate with a team of engineers to deliver world class solutions. Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with AI and ML, including the development of prototypes
• Experience with Generative AI, including LLMs, Fine-Tuning, or RAG implementation
• Experience using data processing tools, including Azure Intelligent Data Processor (IDP), Azure Functions, Managed Cloud DB, or Azure Data Factory
• Experience with Azure AI search
• Experience with front end tools, including React, Azure Static Web Apps, or Azure API Management
• Experience with LLM or Embedding Models, including Azure Open AI or Azure OpenAI Embeddings
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of modern software design patterns, including microservice design or Edge computing
• DHS Suitability
• Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AI-assisted development such as Cursor, Windsurf, or Claude Code
• Experience with AI agent frameworks, including LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP, and their AI or ML services
• Experience in open-source AI projects or Generative AI personal projects
• Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, or containerization tools such as Docker
• Experience with Python
