About The Position

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions that address complex business challenges. This role combines strong engineering fundamentals with expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven problem-solving. You will work on cutting-edge AI/ML applications including anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and AI-driven conversational agents. The position offers the opportunity to research emerging technologies and maintain innovation leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related field
3+ years of experience applying ML/AI to production systems
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Experience with machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
Knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning concepts
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
Experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong understanding of engineering principles and software development lifecycle
Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

Prior experience with telecom vendors or operators (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Cisco) or productized telecom solutions is a plus

Responsibilities

Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and systems to solve business and technical problems
Optimize AI/ML models for use cases such as anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and root-cause analysis
Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing products and workflows
Troubleshoot and operate AI-driven chatbots and conversational agents
Design, build, and operate digital twins to reproduce incidents, run closed-loop simulations, and validate automation before production rollout
Research emerging AI techniques and conduct experiments to validate solutions
Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy
Document processes, workflows, and architectures for clarity and reproducibility
