About The Position

We’re a national Wireless Preferred Retailer for the #1 Mobile provider in the country, with 200+ retail stores across the U.S. Since ‘93, we’ve been providing superior service and quality wireless products featuring the latest in technology. As a recognized leader in the wireless retail industry, we consistently deliver the solutions and service our customer’s demand! We are looking for a motivated and innovative AI Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team at Arch Telecom. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building intelligent systems, working with data, and applying machine learning or AI solutions to real-world business problems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
1–2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
Proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
Experience with data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy, etc.)
Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques
Familiarity with APIs and integrating AI models into applications

Nice To Haves

Experience with NLP, LLMs, or generative AI tools
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of SQL and database systems
Experience with version control (Git) and MLOps practices

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models to support business initiatives
Work with structured and unstructured data to build predictive and analytical solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
Assist in designing and implementing NLP, computer vision, or automation solutions (as applicable)
Optimize model performance and ensure scalability
Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and best practices
