About The Position

Design and develop AI-powered applications, tools, and workflows that address internal company pain points.

Implement and integrate APIs for efficient and secure data access and exchange.

Write clean, maintainable, and secure code across multiple languages and frameworks.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration of AI solutions.

Leverage LLMs to build innovative features.

Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and availability while troubleshooting technical issues.

Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Heroku, and other cloud platforms using modern CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in AI engineering or software development.
• Strong expertise in AI prompting and AI engineering workflows.
• Proficiency in: Programming & Frameworks: Python, React, Node.js, Express.js, Ruby on Rails
• Proficiency in: Databases: SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Proficiency in: Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Heroku, GitHub CI/CD
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, and OpenAI.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (required).
• Must be able to work onsite in Calabasas, CA.
