About The Position

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Eve, you will develop AI-powered solutions that understand, analyze, and provide intelligent assistance across various legal tasks and queries. You will optimize and integrate models, fine-tuning them on high-quality, domain-specific data. Your role will also involve improving the reasoning capabilities of our AI systems to enhance decision-making in complex legal domains. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with product engineers to integrate models into user-facing features and partner with legal professionals to tailor AI solutions to their needs. Additionally, you will build rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure and evaluate AI performance, owning training pipelines for LLMs from data curation to evaluation and deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing advanced AI systems, particularly those that deconstruct complex tasks.
• Experience shipping ML systems in production with real users and high uptime.
• Proficiency in optimizing and fine-tuning foundational models.
• Strong analytical skills to measure impactful metrics and assess AI performance.
• Problem-solving skills to integrate various models and tools for robust solutions.
