We're looking for a hands-on AI Engineer who wants to apply advanced AI technologies in ways that create real-world impact. In this role, you'll design and deploy intelligent systems - from Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) assistants and predictive models to workflow automation and generative AI solutions. You'll work alongside data, IT, and business teams to transform challenges into scalable, practical AI applications that make a difference across our enterprise. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week on-site in Columbus, OH, plus occasional travel (~10%) to corporate and manufacturing locations as needed. This position is not eligible for relocation assistance or U.S. work sponsorship.
