  • Develop and implement AI tools and solutions to support other engineers and teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.
  • Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for AI models.
  • Evaluate and optimize AI tools for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience building and deploying AI-powered systems using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic architectures in production environments.
  • Basic experience with AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry or OpenAI.
  • Familiarity with Git and modern IDEs.
  • Basic understanding of AI model evaluation and performance monitoring.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Experience with data processing frameworks like Pandas.
  • Understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with AI platforms, machine learning algorithms, and data processing frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying current with AI advancements.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in technical writing, ensuring documentation is clear, accurate, and comprehensive.
