About The Position

Rockefeller Capital Management is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our Technology team. This individual will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions that support the firm’s strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Microsoft Azure services, including AI Foundry, and demonstrate a strong ability to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient cloud infrastructure solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in cloud engineering with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in Azure services, including AI Foundry, Landing Zone implementation, and identity management.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure to support enterprise applications and services.
• Leverage Azure AI Foundry to build and optimize AI-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Implement and manage identity and access protocols using Azure Entra to ensure data security and compliance.
• Configure and manage Azure networking components, including virtual networks, load balancers, and VPNs, to ensure high availability and performance.
• Oversee deployment and lifecycle management of Azure resources (compute, storage, databases, key vaults) to optimize cost and performance.
• Utilize tools such as Terraform or ARM templates to automate provisioning and configuration of cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud solutions that meet business and security requirements.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Azure infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
