About The Position

About the Team: The team is the Global Business Operations (GBO) AI Enablement Team. About the Role The AI Enablement Business Analyst, Sr. sits within the Global Business Operations (GBO) AI Enablement Team and serves as the critical bridge between business units and the Technology Operations team. This is fundamentally an analyst and advisory role — you will not be building AI solutions directly, but you will be the person who ensures they get built right. You will own the early lifecycle of every AI use case: from helping submitters articulate their ideas, through scoping and requirements definition, tool and feasibility assessment, and preparing a structured handoff package for the technology team. This role is central to how the AI Enablement Team scales its impact. You are the quality gate, the process guide, and the solutioning thought partner — all before a single line of code is written. You will report to the Senior Manager, Data Analytics & Automation, and will be based in our NYC office.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Product Analyst, or equivalent role in a technology-adjacent environment.
  • Demonstrated experience writing business requirements documents, process maps, user stories, or functional specifications.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams that include both business and technology stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with project tracking tools such as Jira and comfort working within established SDLC or agile delivery frameworks.
  • Experience with at least one AI or automation platform in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

  • Triage all AI use case submissions, conducting initial completeness reviews and engaging stakeholders to clarify ambiguous or incomplete requests.
  • Evaluate submissions for problem clarity, data availability, organizational readiness, and estimated business value to ensure high-potential projects are prioritized.
  • Lead stakeholder sessions to define project scope, constraints, and success criteria, resulting in a formal Business Requirements Document (BRD).
  • Develop current-state and future-state workflow diagrams and process maps to identify dependencies, integration points, and technical risks.
  • Establish measurable benchmarks for every use case, specifically targeting time savings, cost reduction, and qualitative quality improvements.
  • Audit existing organizational platforms to determine if a use case can be solved with current tools before proposing new investments.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation packages for Technology Operations and act as the primary bridge between business needs and technical constraints throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Collaborate on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) criteria to ensure delivered AI solutions meet the original business requirements and success metrics.
  • Prepare case summaries and feasibility scores for the Monthly Review Committee, incorporating their feedback into project roadmaps.
  • Maintain the use case pipeline tracker and log realized benefits (ROI) to surface insights for Executive Leadership Team (ELT) presentations.
