The engineer will work within a development team, integrating AI tools, libraries, or model APIs, and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and reliable delivery. The role emphasizes execution and practical contribution, requiring minimal onboarding, hands-on problem solving, and adherence to coding and architecture standards. Full-time, onsite position (5 days/week).

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in applied AI or software engineering
  • Proficiency in Python for production-level code
  • Experience integrating AI tools, libraries, or model APIs
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with teams
  • Ability to work onsite full-time
  • Familiarity with structured development environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, Bedrock)
  • Exposure to Docker, CI/CD, MLOps
  • Familiarity with enterprise data pipelines or responsible AI practices
  • Experience with ETL, PySpark, or similar data engineering tools

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Python-based AI tools, scripts, and automation solutions
  • Integrate AI libraries, model APIs, or existing AI services into operational workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable solutions
  • Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps practices for production deployment
  • Document processes, architecture, and AI implementations for long-term maintainability
  • Monitor and troubleshoot deployed AI solutions to ensure quality and performance
