About The Position

We’re looking for an AI Developer with strong Python skills and deep experience across AWS services to design, build, and operationalize machine learning and generative AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You’ll work end-to-end—from data ingestion and feature engineering through model training, deployment, and monitoring—owning production-grade systems that scale. You’ll collaborate closely with data engineering, product, sales, and customer teams to convert ambiguous problems into robust, secure, and cost-effective AI services.

Requirements

Experience as a software engineer building APIs in Python
Experience building LLM's for AI and ML
Experience working on AI driven projects
AWS experience - lambda, AWS bedrock are preferred

Nice To Haves

remote in South FL is preferred to travel to the office monthly

Responsibilities

Model Development: Build, fine-tune, and evaluate ML and GenAI models (e.g., classification, ranking, NLP, embeddings, RAG). Use Python with PyTorch/TensorFlow/scikit-learn.
AWS Architecture: Design and implement production pipelines using SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB/Redshift, Glue/Athena, and KMS/IAM.
Data Pipelines: Develop scalable data ingestion and feature pipelines; operationalize training and batch/real-time inference.
APIs & Services: Ship reliable inference APIs with FastAPI/AWS API Gateway; package with Docker; deploy via ECS/EKS/SageMaker Endpoints.
MLOps: Set up CI/CD (GitHub Actions/AWS CodePipeline), experiment tracking (MLflow), artifact/version management (DVC/ECR/S3), and automated retraining.
