About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Design Specialist to lead the integration of artificial intelligence tools into our creative and marketing processes. This role will be responsible for: Leveraging AI tools to enhance design, content, and marketing outputs Optimizing workflows to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability Testing, implementing, and training teams on emerging AI technologies The ideal candidate is both creatively strong and technically curious — someone who understands design fundamentals, brand strategy, and performance marketing, and can translate AI capabilities into real business impact. AI-Driven Design and Creative Production Use AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, etc.) to create: Social media creative Paid ad variations Concept boards Brand mockups Landing page visuals Video assets Generate high-quality, on-brand assets aligned with client guidelines (medical aesthetics, dental, wellness industries) Develop AI-assisted creative variation systems to scale ad testing Workflow Optimization and Automation Evaluate and implement AI tools to streamline: Creative production Content generation Reporting Campaign ideation Internal documentation Build AI-powered SOPs and repeatable systems Reduce production time while maintaining brand integrity and compliance Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing tasks Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with paid media, SEO, and social teams to accelerate content production Work with account managers to develop AI-enhanced client deliverables Train internal team members on AI tools and best practices Create internal knowledge documentation and AI playbooks Innovation & Experimentation Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and platforms Run monthly tests and present findings Track efficiency gains, creative performance lift, and workflow improvements Recommend investments in AI technology stack

Requirements

  • 3+ years in design, marketing, creative production, or related field
  • Strong proficiency in AI creative tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, Runway, etc.)
  • Strong design eye and understanding of brand systems
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
  • Understanding of performance marketing creative principles
  • Experience building workflows and process documentation
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in dental, healthcare, medical aesthetics, or dermatology marketing
  • Experience using automation tools (Zapier, Make, Notion AI, etc.)
  • Experience training teams or building internal systems
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimization
