Your teams will design and build scalable solutions that unify, enrich, and derive insights from varied data sources across a broad technology landscape. You will help our clients navigate the complex world of modern data science, analytics, and software engineering. We'll look to you to provide consulting services to ensure AI solutions are properly engineered and maintained to support the ongoing business needs of our clients. As a key member of our Private Equity sector team, you will help private equity backed companies and their Sponsors navigate the complex world of modern data management, AI, data engineering, data science, analytics, and emerging technologies. We will look to you to bring cross-sector industry depth and knowledge about client's data and analytics related problems, and help develop solutions, go-to-market strategy and plans solving the most critical business problems for our clients. Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or above in data and analytics, information systems, statistics, computer science, or related disciplines.
• Approximately 8+ years in designing developing and implementing data and analytics strategies and solutions including data management, quality management, master data management, big data, AI, ML, IoT, and other emerging technologies.
• Experience coordinating complex transformations across multiple workstreams and audiences encompassing the business and vendor partners.
• Willingness to travel to meet client obligations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with a Big 4, technology consulting firm or extensive industry experience that includes consultative roles.
• Bachelor's degree, or MS degree in Business or Economics, Technology Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, Informatics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
• Experience working in a fast-paced transactions oriented team environment and ability to adapt quickly to change.
• Experience and demonstratable results in professional services sales.
• Refined executive presentation skills focused on driving business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Working knowledge of data acquisition, data modelling, data products and data governance in complex.
• Knowledgeable on the latest technologies, products and approaches related to modern data management (data fabric, data mesh, data products, and more) data engineering practices and Analytics and AI execution.
• Developing and executing a comprehensive AI Strategy that aligns with the client's goals, mission and vision.
• Leading teams of AI engineers and data scientists in delivery of modern Machine Learning and AI solutions for clients.
• Staying abreast of AI technology trends and provide directional guidance and recommendations around ModelOps tools and solutions that fit their needs and integrate with their existing ecosystem.
• Lead project teams, pursuit teams and coordinate with executives in translating business problems to analytical solutions and insights.
• Help our clients make data-driven decisions by leading teams utilizing structured and unstructured data to produce insights leveraging both basic and advanced analytics approaches.
• Organize and lead business development strategies, and serve as a thought leader by bringing market leading insights to find, strategize around, and capture new markets for driving business growth.
• Lead teams in developing compelling sales materials, proposals, and presentations for presenting business focused data related solution to clients.
• Clearly communicate findings, recommendations and opportunities to improve data systems and solutions.
• Seek out information to learn about emerging methodologies and technologies.
• Collaborate, influence and build consensus through constructive relationships and effective listening across functional and sector teams.
• Host brainstorming sessions and workshops with business, technology, sector, industry, and executive teams on data related topics for developing data assessments, project execution plans, roadmaps, and action plans.
• Leverage a network of external partners and alliance partners for developing cutting edge solutions so solve our client's business problems.

• Base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $176,500 to $403,000.
• Base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $211,800 to $458,000.
