We're looking for a highly driven AI Data Center Solutions Sales Executive to join our US-based team. In this role, you'll be the primary force behind our revenue growth, identifying, pursuing, and closing new business with hyperscale and other key partners who need specialized data center infrastructure for their AI, machine learning (ML), and high-performance computing (HPC) workloads. This isn't just about selling space; you'll be a strategic partner, offering custom solutions that can range from a powered shell to a full-blown, turnkey facility. You'll use your deep understanding of the AI ecosystem and data center technical solutions to build lasting relationships and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B solution selling with a verifiable track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Direct experience selling data center solutions, such as powered shell, co-location, or build-to-suit projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of AI infrastructure, including high-density power, liquid cooling, and networking.
  • Ability to explain complex topics to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Natural problem-solver who can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling to hyperscale cloud providers, large enterprises, or major technology companies.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan, proactively building a robust pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and technical leaders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the complexities of building AI infrastructure.
  • Understand the unique needs of AI workloads, including high-density power and cooling requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to design and present custom solutions that meet client needs.
  • Lead every stage of the sales process, from writing proposals to negotiating contracts.
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends and the competitive landscape, providing valuable feedback.
