About The Position

The AI Data Analyst is responsible for leveraging artificial intelligence techniques to analyze large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and support data-driven decision-making within our organization. This role combines traditional data analysis skills with advanced AI tools to optimize processes, predict trends, and contribute to strategic business goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum of two years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and working with AI frameworks.
Microsoft Fabric experience is required.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data findings clearly.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure, Other Microsoft technologies).
Knowledge of big data technologies.
Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity.
Apply machine learning algorithms and AI models to analyze complex datasets and identify patterns, correlations, and actionable insights.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define analytical goals and interpret findings.
Build metrics and checkpoints for business processes to show evidence or trends
Visualize results using dashboards, charts, and reports to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Monitor and maintain AI models to ensure accuracy and relevance, retraining models as necessary.
Stay current with industry trends, AI advancements, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Security: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational data governance policies.
