We have a new Machine Learning Team that is focusing on building products enhanced with AI to increase the speed and accuracy of our warehousing solution.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI model performance.
  • Analyze and track model output metrics, specifically for computer vision (CV) applications, to identify trends and anomalies.
  • Monitor and report on infrastructure and operational spend related to AI solutions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines to ingest, clean, and transform data from various sources for analysis.
  • Provide statistical analysis and insights to support decision-making for AI development and deployment.
  • Display interest in diverse AI applications for warehouse optimization, such as computer vision and robot routing.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and its application to data interpretation.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Plotly, Grafana, Superset).
  • Experience working MLOps systems a plus (e.g., MLflow).
  • A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
