Requirements

• 7+ years in content marketing, content strategy, or SEO-driven editorial roles.
• Proven experience in creating MOFU/BOFU content.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and tools like AirOps, Clearscope, and Gemini.
• Strong editorial judgment, storytelling capabilities, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams including SEO, Product Marketing, and Creative.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content roadmap that aligns with business goals and drives pipeline growth.
• Translate SEO inputs into published content with clear funnel narratives and CTAs.
• Identify high-value BOFU content gaps and manage the creation of assets to fill these gaps.
• Lead content refreshes focused on AI extractability and conversion.
• Create high-quality MOFU/BOFU content balancing SEO optimization with a conversion-focused approach.
• Partner with Creative and Web teams to enhance content with product explainers and calculators.
• Enforce AI-first workflows to streamline content planning and approvals.
• Track and report on key performance indicators related to citation and pipeline influence.
