About The Position

RED Hospitality is seeking a hands-on AI & Business Automation Engineer to join our team in Miami. This isn't your typical IT role—you'll work directly with our CEO, CFO, and leadership to transform how we operate across our portfolio of luxury hospitality properties. You'll be the architect of automation, turning manual processes into intelligent workflows that scale across our businesses. WHAT YOU'LL BUILD Workflow Automation: Design and deploy automated systems using Zapier, Make.com, and n8n to connect CRM, accounting, operations, and marketing tools seamlessly. Database Management: Design, build, and maintain databases that serve as the backbone of our operations—transforming scattered spreadsheets into structured, queryable data systems. AI Integration: Implement AI-powered solutions using Claude Code and LLM APIs to automate client communications, data analysis, financial reporting, and document processing. Data Intelligence: Build dashboards and reporting pipelines that give leadership real-time visibility into business performance across all properties. Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and manual workflows across departments—then eliminate them with elegant technical solutions. Scalable Infrastructure: Architect systems that grow with us as we expand to new destinations and ventures. WHAT YOU'LL MAINTAIN Core Tech Stack: Oversee Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and internal business tools. Security & Access: Manage user onboarding/offboarding and ensure data security across platforms. Tech Support: Serve as the go-to problem solver for internal hardware and software issues.

Requirements

• Technical Foundation: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field (1-3 years experience or recent grad).
• Code-Fluent: Comfortable with Python and REST APIs—you know how to make systems talk to each other.
• Database Proficient: Strong understanding of databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data modeling. You can design, query, and maintain databases that power business operations.
• Automation Expert: Hands-on experience with Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or similar no-code/low-code platforms.
• AI-Native: You understand prompt engineering, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude), and stay current on emerging AI tools.
• Business-Minded: You see technology as a tool to drive revenue and efficiency—not just cool tech for tech's sake.
• Self-Starter: You don't wait for tickets. You identify problems, research solutions, and build fixes proactively.
• Team Player: You thrive working collaboratively with executives and cross-functional teams.
