As part of our Hardware Technology group, you'll help design and build the software infrastructure that powers our next-generation AI capabilities. You'll ensure our internal teams can seamlessly and efficiently leverage cutting-edge generative AI models to accelerate chip development and design processes. Together, you and your team will create the backend infrastructure that powers AI tools and workflows, enabling our hardware engineering teams to design the world's most advanced silicon more efficiently! Apple is looking for a backend software engineer to enhance, develop and maintain internal AI infrastructure and deployment systems. In this highly visible role, you will build the robust backend infrastructure needed to deploy, manage, and scale generative AI models that support our chip design workflows. You will utilize your experience in software design, web application development, and distributed systems to create monitoring tools, automation systems, and web applications that accelerate our chip development processes.
