About The Position

We are seeking an AI & Automation Specialist to design and implement AI-driven solutions using low-code/no-code platforms that enhance operational workflows and automate tasks. The role involves developing chatbots, automating data processes, creating dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-friendly AI tools that drive digital transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in operations, business analysis, digital transformation, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms, such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), Microsoft Copilot (Excel, Word, Teams), and prompt engineering or chatbot configuration and other LLM-based tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, user-friendly AI/automation solutions.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence.
• Relevant certifications in AI and machine learning.
• Knowledge of data privacy, governance, and change management.
• Exposure to financial services or investment operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered solutions using low-code/no-code platforms to improve operational workflows and decision-making.
• Develop and manage chatbots and virtual assistants to support internal users with data access, FAQs, learning resources, and task automation.
• Automate document and data workflows, including the collection, summarization, and organization of business-critical information.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time insights and support cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, processes, and AI tool usage.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in content and data outputs generated by AI tools, especially in regulated or client-facing materials.
• Stay current with emerging AI tools and platforms, evaluating their potential to enhance internal processes and recommending adoption where appropriate.
• Provide training and support to team members on the use of AI tools and automated workflows.
