This position combines strong software engineering foundations with hands-on experience across modern AI platforms, including Glean, Microsoft Copilot, and AWS Bedrock. What you will be doing: Build, configure, and optimize AI agents across Glean, Copilot, and AWS Bedrock. Implement RAG patterns, prompt engineering, and structured output workflows where required. Integrate enterprise data sources (SharePoint, Dynamics, Confluence, ADO, Fabric) into AI solutions. Develop and maintain reusable components, APIs, and automation modules for AI-driven use cases. Write clean, maintainable code using modern programming languages (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, or similar). Design and develop microservices, APIs, and serverless functions to support AI and automation workflows. Build automations using enterprise tools (e.g., Power Automate, custom APIs, scripting). Follow engineering best practices including CI/CD, version control, unit testing, and documentation. Implement and maintain integrations between AI platforms and enterprise systems.
