  • Familiarity with Markdown for creating and formatting AI generated outputs
  • Creative automation or generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy AI agents and automations to streamline workflows across all areas of the business.
  • Familiarity with major enterprise AI platforms, including OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure AI, and Anthropic Claude.
  • Connect Large Language Models (LLMs) to various business systems using APIs, webhooks, and orchestration platforms such as n8n or LangChain.
  • Develop and test novel AI use cases, ranging from auditing Amazon product detail pages for "AI readiness" to identifying creative fatigue in media data.
  • Experiment with emerging generative AI tools like Veo 3 to enable creative generation.
  • Collaborate with global teams to pinpoint automation opportunities and build scalable prototypes.
  • Own the full lifecycle of AI automations - from ideation to deployment and iterative improvement.
  • Document and share insights to drive the broader adoption of AI throughout Acadia.

Benefits

  • Work on cutting-edge AI use cases that translate directly into measurable business impact.
  • Be part of a small, global innovation team with high visibility across the entire company.
  • Collaborate closely with experts in media, analytics, and creative disciplines.
  • Enjoy a flexible, remote-first culture that encourages strong cross-regional collaboration.
  • Gain the opportunity to significantly influence Acadia’s AI roadmap and grow within a fast-scaling agency.
