About The Position

This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the CEO of a technical startup that operates at a global scale and build a career in AI, digital advertising, human potential, and mobile gaming. As an AI & Automation Analyst, you’ll help design and implement cutting-edge automations that improve the way our company works — from meeting analytics to AI-driven feedback, OKR tracking, and custom integrations. You’ll work hands-on with the CEO to bring bold ideas to life, experiment with the latest AI technologies, and create solutions that scale across a global organization. This role is ideal for someone hungry to learn, coachable, and curious, who wants to be at the intersection of AI innovation and business impact.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Pipedream, Zapier, Make, or similar).
Basic coding skills (Python or JavaScript).
Comfort working with APIs, REST, and webhooks.
Experience automating tasks in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Apps Script).
Analytical problem-solving skills.
Coachable — open to feedback, adapts quickly.
Strong communication skills, including preparing clear executive-level summaries.
Ability to follow company OKR frameworks and standards.
Self-driven with a bias for action.

Nice To Haves

Full stack software development experience.

Responsibilities

Partner directly with the CEO to design, build, and implement AI-powered automations across the company.
Build automations with n8n, Pipedream, Zapier, Make, or similar workflow automation platforms.
Implement projects such as: Tracking and reporting non-L10 meetings.
Delivering personalized automated feedback to team members.
Integrating Garmin and other wearables with ChatGPT/Claude.
Automating log transfers (e.g., Limitless to Google Drive).
Connecting OKRs to AI systems for real-time tracking and accountability.
Prepare executive summaries for the CEO with insights and outcomes.
Document processes, ensure adoption, and train teams.
Work independently with minimal follow-up, driving projects from concept to execution.
