The Zillow AI Team is on a mission to revolutionize the home shopping experience, making it easier for over 180 million users each month to find their ideal homes and rentals. As part of this innovative team, you will engage in the development of new data products and experiences that enhance how people shop for homes. This role is particularly focused on evolving and testing key data products and home valuation models, such as the Zestimate and Rent Zestimate, which provide critical market information and interactive tools at both aggregate and home-specific levels. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact research areas including Deep Learning, Geospatial Data Application, Causal Modeling, Model Explainability, Responsible/Ethical AI, Real Estate Economics, and Fair Housing Alignment. The team encourages a collaborative research environment, and many past interns have successfully published their work in top machine learning and domain-specific conferences.
