As an AI Applications Engineer IV, you will play a key role in developing and integrating AI capabilities directly into our software products and autonomous platforms. You will take machine learning models from concept to production, embed them into real world applications, and collaborate across teams to ensure our AI features are robust, fast, and aligned with product needs.

  • Develop AI and machine learning models that enable systems to learn from data, make predictions, and support autonomous decision making.
  • Design and implement algorithms capable of processing, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets efficiently.
  • Embed AI models directly into software products including perception systems, planning modules, and core platform services.
  • Convert AI and ML models into scalable services, APIs, or libraries for production use.
  • Tune AI driven systems for latency, performance, and product level requirements to support real time or safety critical applications.
  • Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, domain experts, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct thorough testing, validation, and evaluation of AI models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and stability across deployments.
  • Monitor the performance of AI systems in production and implement updates, improvements, or optimizations as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience creating, training, and deploying AI or machine learning models.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics including linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistical modeling.
  • Hands on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Experience converting models into production ready components such as microservices, APIs, or embedded libraries.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across interdisciplinary teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Understanding of performance tuning, optimization techniques, and real time or near real time system considerations.
