About The Position
The Nittany AI Alliance is seeking two exceptional employees for a one-year appointment designed to empower the next generation of AI leaders. This opportunity is ideal for top-performing recent graduates who have earned a bachelor's degree and demonstrated remarkable engagement, leadership, and technical skills - particularly through active participation in Nittany AI Alliance programs. As a Nittany AI Application Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students participating in both the Nittany AI Challenge and Advance programs. You'll leverage your firsthand experience to mentor teams, enhance project-based learning outcomes, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration across the Alliance's initiatives. AI Application Specialists will also have the unique opportunity to pursue a master's degree during their appointment, blending academic advancement with real-world impact.
